How to Cook our Traditional Tasty Pasties Cornish Pasties.

Dear Customer,

We have prepared the information below to help you most enjoy your pasties and cream teas. 

We prepare and bake the finest traditional Cornish pasties, speciality and seasonal pasties. We have a exhaustive range of vegetarian pasties, vegan suitable pasties and Gluten Free pasties. In short we probably have a pasty for you ! They are all hand crimped in our Cornish kitchen except for the Gluten-Free pasties that are prepared in a specialist  Gluten-Free Kitchen.  

We also prepare and bake Cornish scones that we supply in our Cornish  Cream Tea Sets to homes next day to England, Wales and the lower parts of Scotland

Your pasties can be kept in the fridge for 2 days after you receive them, we recommend that they are frozen after that.

To heat from chilled :- In a preheated oven at 180c for 15- 20 minutes on a baking tray, making sure piping hot in the centre of the pasty.

Frozen pasties should be defrosted thoroughly and heated as above.
